I’m NahidRains — a political analyst, counter-disinformation specialist, producer, and influencer. My work brings political commentary together with a background in filmmaking and digital media.

I explore how narratives are constructed, how they spread, and how they influence public understanding. Through video, analysis, and conversation, I examine political issues and the information surrounding them.

NahidRains is my public professional name, written as one word. My official YouTube channel and Facebook page are linked on this website.

Invitation Programme

In January 2024, I participated in France’s Future Leaders Invitation Programme (PIPA) following a personal, individual invitation from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. My visit included meetings with representatives of the French government and civil society.

What is PIPA?

PIPA — Programme d’invitation des personnalités d’avenir — brings emerging leaders from politics, academia and civil society to France for a programme of meetings shaped around their professional interests. Established in 1989, it is run by the ministry’s Centre for Analysis, Planning and Strategy (CAPS).

A distinguished invitation.

Its distinction lies in the invitation: participants are selected on recommendations from French embassies, with around 75 leaders invited worldwide each year. This small international programme offers direct dialogue with experts and decision-makers through individually tailored study visits.
